That is an awful way to treat a customer of here 7 years to your company. This needs to be rectified today! i’ve been patient and it’s ridiculous. I believe that i should be compensated when my ban is overturned, i did not do anything wrong so i shouldn’t be banned in the first place, but to make up for this mishap on your behalf, and the content i ended up missing out on i should be compensated with madden points, coins or granted players like you do for giveaways.
I am strongly considering taking this further in the legal route as i have now missed close to 3 months of the game i paid $150 NZD for due to 2 false bans and a H2H glitch where i couldn’t even tally wins. That is very very poor. if i treated a customer like that at my workplace i would no longer be employed.
