Bought king Henry redux. Does persistent help with his aka xfactor? Or is it not worth the 1 ap..

I haven't used it with Henry, but I have used it with Quadfather and it allows him to get tackled behind the line of scrimmage twice before losing his X-Factor instead of once.  With Henry, I imagine it activates him for a couple extra plays before it's on cooldown, but I am not 100% positive.
