with us getting legend upgrades through WCW starting with Wes Welker awhile back, and now getting BMarsh and Blount in this week’s drop as well as Lem Barney as the 98 OVR for the most recent Rising Stars, I wanted to see how everyone feels about it because ive seen split opinions on twitter, YouTube, etc. Do you like legend upgrades in WCW or do you feel it should be only current day players, as it has been that way all year?
Legends in WCW?
I'd rather no legends in mut period. Legends on franchise is one thing.

Agreed
I really have no care, I don't even really use WCW cards either way
I think its fine. Leaves more room for others/new people in the other programs instead of seeing the same names.
less cards overall but I am sure theyll have other ones for us. Blount and BMarsh were much needed upgrades and I wish they got 99s but it still does well enough at this point in the year since theyre basically jus TT fillers.
I really dont care either way…….i see both sides to the arguments to it, so it just is what it is
Not an issue. The name of the program won’t always coincide with the players released during that program.
No one says anything about a player not being very chill, if he is released during “Zero Chill” promo.
But let them upgrade a player during the ”NFL Playoff Promo”, whose team isn’t in the playoffs, and people complain.
as long as its not in rising stars its cool
It may be just me but the Lem Barney in the Rising Stars promo was the only one I had a real problem with, as it just didn't make sense period. The other ones were fine. I do still think current players should be the priority however. But saying legends shouldn't be in MUT I disagree with because, for example, I'm a diehard Jags fan and seeing a Fred Taylor, Jimmy Smith, or John Henderson card makes me so happy

Yeah, I hard disagree with no legends in MUT. That'd severely limit TTs, and make some teams practically unusable.
Legend are okay for the begginging to middle of mut but once you get into the later of the year i want the legends to not be some of the best cards in there position the fact that people like Antoine winfeild jr best card is an 85 pisses me off

he has a 97
i think its bc they have a lot of players that still need upgrades and they are running out of time to fit them all in before M23
It these players aren’t going to get an UL card then there’s really no other way to upgrade at this point. Every team has a homer favorite that deserves a card.

At this point besides just giving upgrades on it, who gets one?
Mahomes? Thats about the only one off the top of my head
