Why are legends all of the sudden dropping by 15-20%? is this because people are reaching the comp pass level for the free 87 or anticipation for campus hero?

Anticipation selling…the free legend will be available when they update competitive + new legend pack refresh for the $ spenders…and OVR going to 88
