Is there a list anywhere of the qb releases for this year? They have different names and im just wondering how people are distinguishing the faster ones from the slower ones. Seems like someone would have compiled this info and made a spreadsheet or something

I have yet to see anything, we're all begging for deep-dives into the new naming or QB release types. That being said, nearly every QB release i've used this year feels greatly improved. The major issues come from how slow certain QBs are calling audibles, such as Matthew Stafford -- it's bad, real bad. Trevor Lawrence isn't ideal (somewhat slow pre-snap adjustments), but he's not terrible. Aaron Rodgers is THE release type i'm most interested in using: Three Quarters 3 = Slinger 1??
The people who owned the MUTVault site failed to renew the domain name, so we're no longer able to inspect the old (M24) variety.

From what they are saying in this article, stafford has one of the best which i think is the three quarters 4 and trevor lawrences is fast as well over the top 2
Stafford is unusable regardless of his release, because if you make 2 audibles/hot routes he will draw a delay of game penalty.

Thanks have not seen this article yet. So Lamar & Rodgers QB Release types appear to be what I'm looking for.
At least that's a start. I didn't really have the patience to try and manually test each one, breaking it down frame by frame... let alone all the variations for short/mid/deep depths, versus middle of the field or sideline throws.
Are there more categories for throw styles beyond the six I attempted to detail above?

Not 100 percent sure but if you go into edit rosters from the main screen on madden, you can go to any team, select the qb and select edit and then go thru all ava passing styles and then just exit and discard changes.
the card descriptions on this site have the releases the cards have on them

We know that. We are looking for more information such as how fast or slow they are compared to one another. thank you.

oh my bad lmao I personally think over the top 2, 3 quarters 3, and lower 3 quarters 2 are the best releases ive used so far and I've tried quite a few different qbs at this point. but would also love this info if anyone finds it

Jalen Hurts had the same issue
I may be alone here but I love how quick Tebow’s release is. How do I find a better version of that?

His is Over the Top 1.
don’t know of any qb’s that have that release right now. Definitely none better than the fully upgraded tebow.
