Hey all i had been playing old  gen Xbox  1 and made the switch to new gen series s…my team didn’t transfer any thoughts or tips?

Yea. I guess because it's pretty much a different game on next gen but still, at least let people keep their teams.

Did you buy a new console or just downloaded the X/S version? If new console just download the same version and log in. Everything will be there. On a new console you don't have the menu lag.

I downloaded the X/S version.  I guess at this point Ill just keep playing MUT on old gen.

Got ya...I thought I remebered reading or hearing that it was possible in years past. My fault for being a dummy and starting out with the old version.

did you test this? EA says otherwise:

If you upgrade to Xbox Series X|S or PS5, any content or progression that does not carry over from the previous version will still be available in your Xbox One or PS4 version. You can still access this content when you play the Xbox One or PS4 version of the game as long as you are playing this version on your Xbox One or PS4 console. If you play the Xbox One or PS4 version on your Xbox Series X|S or Gen 5 machine, the content will not transfer.

no thats not correct at all lol if he plays the X/S version he has to start all over no matter what
