So I just got LTD Reggie white! Super excited because my luck is absolute crap. Anyways my question is should I keep him or sell him. If I sell him I'm assuming I should probably do it now because his price will decrease as more people open packs and acquire him.

I would hold him until he is out of packs, then sell.  LTDs typically go up in price after they leave packs.
