Lurker or Pick Artist

Whats the difference and which is better if both are options (in general but specifically in this case it would be for my user FS)

Edit: also do you prefer to use ap for that kind of ability more on a cpu defender or user, which is more impactful IYO?

Lurk Artist on LBs and Pick Artist or KOs on DBs.

CPU defenders need all the help they can get looool, definitely prioritize abilities for them, also lurker is better for LBs and PA is better for DBs cuz they already animate like linebackers with lurker.
