Madden 24 pre order offer…????

So i didn’t have a ps5 for basically all of may and half of June. mine was stolen and I just bought another one and got back to playing MUT. 
 

im seeing a bunch of people talk about an offer for pre ordering madden 24 and it coming with your choice of a GT on MUT 23. I don’t see the info about the GT anywhere in any of the descriptions of the offers to pre order on EA’s website or in the PlayStation store. Is this still an option? Do you have to pre order through the game?

I believe you have to preorder through the game as it's supposed to only be offered to people who own madden 23. I believe it basically takes you to a hidden listing on the playstation store.
