Madden servers down on ps5?

Is madden down for anyone on ps5 today? Got home from work and all my tabs are gone and it says our servers cannot process this content at this time try again later. I was literally suspended for 2 weeks with no explanation and no email. I hope this isn't a ban for no reason. I have made like 2 million coins with the GG2 promo since it came out maybe they don't like it? If this isn't a server issue and they falsely banned me I'm gonna lose it. I spent like 200 bucks over the weekend on packs too. Wtf is wrong with EA and why do they do this to customers. I've never bought or sold coins and don't know how to. Don't even play h2h so no match cheating. So tired of this.
