Maxed out everything except for... Plus Lineup is Messed up

I have maxed out all the challenges and fully starred all of them and also finished all the solo battle rewards the only thing I have not done is any of the H2H or HR but fully completed the trick or treat neighborhood and got the key and walked through the other as well. I did everything in about two hours. Now the field and comp pass are not maxed out but all the things required within the passes are done unless they require HR or H2H and those will sit there. Oh my defense on the majority of the challenges was FG Safe Block why is this a thing?  Also players in my lineup overalls are listed wrong even after restarting the game and rebuilding the lineup. Example LG Q. Nelson GG I think is either an 88 or 89 overall card but in my lineup he is listed at an 82 in blue? Oh I even took out all strategy cards but did not change it one bit. My 85 and 83 overall WR's are showing 79 and 81 overall in blue. Anyone have any ideas to why this is?  The only good news is I have a little over 5 million coins and have roughly 150 unopened packs from all the game modes.
