just picked up the Terror and wow his motivator is amazing. 
 

who else has them?

All team diamonds cards have motivators (only boosts one stat for their team chem though), Jensen Red Tornado, Gronk, MVP Mahomes, Jamie Gillan Scottish Hammer

AKA Jensen, AKA Scottish Hammer and Gronk are also motivators.

He boosts all players +1 TAK, JMP, RBP, RBF, PBP, PBF, & TUP.  I think this is unlocked at his first or second upgrade.  You don't need to wait until you have full Gronk.

Ohhh so for the AKA players who can’t get  xfactors (like punters/o-lineman) they give motivators instead?
