So this morning I couldn't access my auction block on the Madden companion app to check new cards and it said I didn't have access. Contacted EA and they said they would look into it, about an hour later I get an email saying I'm banned for "coin distribution" which is false because I don't farm or buy coins. Contacted EA again and they said they would look into it, my question is will they actually uplift my wrongful ban? Because I'm like really upset and I've actually spent some money for my birthday and etc.

Historically, it seems unlikely there will be a reversal. How long is your ban for?

It says permanently. I've literally spent money and have a credit card attached to the account. This is my only MUT account as well.

The problem with EA is they never tell what you actually did to get you banned. They use the same generic coin distribution BS and hide behind it.

The same thing happened to me 11 days ago...ive filed multiple cases with EA help but they just tell me it will not be reversed and im basically screwed and ive never done anything wrong...absolute disgrace of a game!
