We don't have an exact date but it's been said by EA on a few occasions that it was coming. Hopefully, it drops soon because I know quite a few ppl who are ready to switch their Captain.

Haven't heard anything, I have to assume it will be fairly soon.. If I had to guess, I'd say it will be when the "2nd Quarter" starts, but no idea.
