MUT coins suddenly gone. Anyone ever seen this?

logged into the app today and was surprised to see my coins were at zero. Had about 225k last time I checked. 
 

 I assume it’s a bug that will be resolved eventually but has anyone else ever seen this before?

(FWIW I was able to successfully sell a card from

my binder in the AH)

They took 1.7 million from me a couple days ago.  Closed and re-opened hoping to fix it and got a screen saying they wiped my coins due to coin distribution .  I haven't done anything sketchy, but I recognize that sounds like bs when posted online.  I won't even do transactions in the app because I've heard people have gotten random bans related to it.  

I contacted EA help, they said it's not showing any sanctions.  They escalated to real EA.  Real EA emailed me this morning, 2 days later, saying there are no sanctions on my account and marked it "fixed."  

In the meantime, I did the first set of campus solos before I got too frustrated about my coins and closed the game.  Logged in later and they had taken my little bit of coins again.  

Re-contacted EA, again they say no sanctions on my account and are re-escalating to real EA.  They can't even tell me what might have triggered the sanction because they say there has been no sanction on my account.  I've sent a f'n picture of it.  Fuuuuu

Same here. Took 1.9 million stating the same reason. Support first said coins would be replaced within 24 hours, which didn't happen. Now I'm being told I'll see them by Monday. Crazy they are messing with people that play the game legit. I feel like I'm being punished for buying packs, like pack luck isn't bad enough. I've bought a pack or 2 over the years, but more this year. This is my first and last year spending decent money on packs. 

Hope everyone that plays the game according to TOS gets their coins back.

This is why you sholdn't buy packs with real money. They're trying to swindle people!

I'm on my 3rd time through waiting days for cases that have been "elevated" for review, trying to just get someone to look at my account.

  Both previous cases resulted in the same auto-generated email (signed a different name) that I have no sanctions on my account.  The last one was marked "fixed" on Sunday, a holiday night, just before midnight...

They apparently can't tell that my coins were taken at all.  I was not banned or locked from the AH or anything.  Apparently, an automated system simply took all of my coins and made no record of it happening, so it can't be reviewed.

The pic I took of the "coin distribution" screen in game seems to be all that's convincing them to "elevate" the case after insinuating I probably spent it all on something I regret or a family member did or whatever.  They should be able to see that I didn't.  One of the helpers could see at least 1 transaction from that day when I was at a little under 1.5 mil.

I wish they would at least tell me why so I can avoid whatever triggered it in the future.

Happened to me today. Got on the companion app and seen a big fat 0, i had roughly 40 million coins. Just buying players and reselling at the right time in the auction like ive been doing all year for years. Didnt even give me a reason just says sanctioned. Filed an appeal but ill be surprised if i get my coins back. I dont buy or sell coins, my guess its because of the companion app.

Did you sell cards high yesterday?

If you did there's a mass ban going out.

Yeah with that tvp glitch there was major inflation so i was quick to post stashed cards from my binder. I think i went from 27ish mill to about 38-39 mill in less than 2 hours mainly posting 94-95 ovrs and a few 96 ovrs. I found an email saying my coins were removed for coin distribution. Just sucks nothing i did justifies wiping all my coins i didnt buy or sell coins. I know im not the only one that does it, buy cards when the market is low and sell when the market is high ideally working around the tvp this year. I didnt make all those coins over night i just happened to profit more because of this glitch and everything was selling almost instantly.

I dont think it was ea banning they have a ban bot so everything will be restored hopefully because i had 13 million wiped because they cant be banning us for their mistakes

yeah it was the bot, same one that did the Elway and Strat card bans earlier in the year.
