The stocking stuffer players can be upgraded to 91 very cheaply and are a good start for a few positions.

I’m not sure how good he is in coverage since I run him at RE but on the dline he goes crazy

Legette and Odunze are good receivers for 30k each. Madabeast and Mr Monday Night are best pass rushers for 50k. Christian Harris is a nice user for 50k if they haven't grinded the John Madden MLB. Herb adderly can get DZ/MZ for 3AP which is the lowest cost for around 80k. DBs are bbq chicken if you can't get high end abilities so I'd use guys like team captain Eric berry and Ronde Barber to start off.
