My Grid energy cells have disappeared

Good day everyone 

so i decided to do some challenges after going back to the main menu it had said I received 2 energy cells and I go to upgrade Dallas Goedert and there’s nothing  to upgrade , I then go to my binder and there’s nothing there.  Has anyone else have this issue?
