I need two bronze players to complete MUT campaign week 9 prep, but I already exchanged all of mine in sets. No bronze in packs. Can't trade for bronze. Am I seriously S.O.L.?! Seems pretty lame to not get any warning to hang on to a few bronze players and not be able to complete the campaign in such an expensive game...
Nevermind. Just spent an hour in live chat with EA support. Apparently, not only can bronze players not be auctioned or traded, tech support can't add them to my account either. Only bronze cards. How ridiculous is that?! I spent $70 on the game (on sale from $90), I spent another $100 on packs to upgrade my team, and now I can't even finish the basic campaign. I can think of at least 5 ways that this wouldn't be an issue:
1) offer cheap packs with bronze players
2) allow bronze players to be auctioned by players
3) allow bronze players to be traded between players
4) allow players to trade in higher level cards to complete week 9 prep instead of restricting it to bronze only
5) don't tell players on week 6 to trade in their unneeded bronze cards only to find on week 9 that they actually needed to hang onto at least 2 of these crap cards
But, apparently in their rush to get the game out before the holiday shopping season none of these ideas occurred to the development team. Crap like this is why this was the first time I have bought an EA game since 2018. Rest assured it will be the last time.
Im not sure what set/objective you are even referring to?
What is the reward(s) for the set?

He's referring to the Week 9 Mission. I forget exactly what the reward is for completing the Week 9 Missions, but it's a Power Up Pass (wanna say 62-81 OVR).
It's been a while since I've played Campaign, but you should still be able to unlock the epilogue challenges at the end and I do not believe there is a reward for completing all week's missions. Basically, his issue cost him the 62-81 OVR Power Up Pass unless I'm missing something.
Unless I am missing something it prevents me from getting anything that I would have gotten on all of the weeks that come after week 8, which is only about 1/3 of the way through the campaign.

Aren't you able to keep playing the campaign though? The week 9 mission doesn't stop you from being able to play the challenges I didn't think?
