Bruce Matthews is fantastic, especially if your RG pulls. I have him powered up: 99 RBK, 99 PBF, 99 PBP, 99 IBL, 99 LBK, 87 ACC, 79 SPD, 78 AGI, and 78 COD.

Also, if it helps, when you reach 5 players with dolphins chems it gives Robert Hunt +1 ovr, and like Gopats said he gets 0 AP Post Up

for what its worth, i like 96 hunt powered up with post up and 95 TE leonard davis as my no 3 TE. 

six linemen in singleback formations

the post up works well when you assign interior double team
