New to MUT - - Where do I go from here?

From here what packs should I buy/avoid? 

I just bought a gamechanger bundle and was very pleased. 

I feel like I need to understand chemistry better or is that a waste? 

Any challenges better to play than others? Or just do em all?

First of all, welcome! Your team is really solid. I barely spend money on the game, so I'm not the best person to ask about what packs to buy. Someone else will have much better info on that.

Chemistry is important because by hitting 25 and 50 instances of a chemistry on your squad for a single team will give you +1 SPD each. That's why you see people running theme teams. It's really all about the extra speed. This article does a pretty good job of explaining theme teams/chemistry:

Another way to get extra speed for your WRs and DBs is Strategy Items. They're confusing to newer players, but hopefully this helps you out:
