Anyone else missing their MCS packs and tokens still?
Watched all of the stream yesterday, accounts are linked and manually claimed each drop when the time allowed. Checked today and still haven’t received any packs or tokens.
Spoke with EA support but wasn’t much help, just created a ticket and said it’ll be there eventually.
I watched. Received no progress to claim anything. Received nothing. Will not waste my time with EA help. At a certain point I can’t take seriously a billion dollar company who wishes to not treat any of their games with care.

Same thing happened to me, I went one to twitch.tv instead of the app and I was able to claim 1 twitch drop pack. Watched 3 hours of the stream and got no tokens. All I got were 4 gold players. I am a huge dolphins fan and was looking forward to getting the 88 waddle, I am very disappointed
guys if you didnt claim your packs as soon as you got them the count down to the next pack never starts. Its kinda jacked up

I claimed all of them. Claiming and earning progress wasn’t the issue for me. I claimed, but just haven’t received anything

And that's a ridiculous system. EA and Twitch should just be satisfied that people are even motivated to open the livestream at all. You shouldn't be penalized for not interacting with it.

It used to be like that until the end of last year, you could just watch and claim after. Now you have to claim ASAP to get the next one started. It sucks for sure.
Thankfully my stuff has worked so I didnt have any problems yet (knock on wood).
I wasn’t getting the morning madden packs even after qualifying and claiming so I disconnected my EA connection to Twitch and then reconnected the link. Did this right before MCS and once I did that all the drops have been hitting my account. Not sure why I had to do that as previous years the drops had no problem reaching my account.

That happened to me as well. No problems last year but wasn’t getting any this year. Reset all my links and it works now. Plus with slammers link to auto claim, dony have to worry about it at all as long as it’s running.
