What?  They took strategy items out of the AH?  I haven‘t been able to get on yet today.

Damn, that sucks.  Are they adding a fantasy pack to get the strategy items that you want?  Or are you just stuck hoping to pull the one you want/ need?

Right now, all you can do is use the five common item set and pray you get the team or item you want along with the daily login.

Dont blame them, no one made EA do that. EA is determined to finish this dying game off sooner rather than later. If EA really cared about it that much they could stop encouraging it by allowing their top streamers to openly advertise coinselling sites in their videos. 

Why anyone ever excuses or justifies anything the worst company in the world for 15 years running is beyond me.

The fucking assholes will promote coin sites and then ban people for using them.

EAs fault 10000%....if packs werent such a SCAM ppl wouldnt be forced to look for deals elsewhere

I know the coin sellers are fucked up, but it's ultimately EA that determines the bogus policies. Not exactly fair to blame other players, we need to unite against the constant bullshit.

They're incompetent, how many patches have been delayed or rolled back this year already? If EA weren't so damn shady, the demand on secondary markets wouldn't be so fierce. There's a lot of money at stake here. Mind blowing amounts of cash, which brings everyone out of the woodwork. 

The fact we've made it this long without an economy wrecking type pack glitch is a welcome surprise. Props to folks who farmed Snowflakes over the weekend before that got patched, but I missed out.

Regardless, it truly sucks that EA continues to make terrible anti-player decisions such as this, removing trade block, etc. Sad.

It would be nice if they could at least announce it, allowing people some time to prepare. What a shame that we all find ourselves under the rule of a dictatorship.

With no fantasy pack either. EA loves to fuck its customers because it has no clue how to make a better product. What a joke at this point. 

Sell coins in the store.

Increase pack odds. 

It's not rocket science. Then they can concentrate less on banning their loyal customers and concentrate more on fixing the many broken things that have carried over for years.

This post was made with intention of good natured humor, for the record. I was not trying to defend or condemn. 

I agree with most of the points made here, especially the hypocrisy of allowing official streamers to advertise coin sellers. 
 

Hey, if I thought I could buy coins without getting banned, I’d do it. It’s a much better value proposition than anything in the official store, that’s for sure. 
My concern now is that we will see low golds selling for crazy amounts and then we can’t auction low golds. And on and on until there is no point of coins or there is a set price card shop that NMS and casual spenders will have no hope of accessing.

Stop blaming coin buyers for this. This is EA's way of trying to shut down coin making methods - PERIOD. ANY card could be used for coin buying, so why are we still able to sell core golds and elites?? 

Also the uniform/team books "lock out" is being targeted towards specific players. I have seen some uniforms showing sales the last two days, but I have not been able to sell that one in four or five days. I have never charged crazy prices for one, and never bought coins. But I HAVE made a ton of ooins from this method as a NMS player. Hmmmmm I wonder why EA has targeted me??
