I keep logging in a logging out and it’s wont give me the 92 bnd stocking stuffer, what do I do

Keep playing, it reset everyone to tier 1 but the reward track showed you at where you were before the reset. I kept goin and got my thing eventually even tho it said I should have earned the large present.

Ok, but for some reason it says for my challenges that I completed 3000 pp but I only have 850 pp
