On The Move Strat Card

If someone has this card can you tell me if it boosts FB’s too? I know the card says HB but some of the strat cards actually apply boosts to more positions than the card shows.

I think it only applies to natural position HBs

Thanks for the replies! 

I actually pulled an uncommon one from TVP’s and checked. It does only apply to HB’s. No boosts for FB’s.
