The whole point is to remember great players of the past, but instead Elroy hirsch gets a 98 ROLB but a 95 running back. Not cool, ea
ya but that didnt ruin the promo at all so idk what youre on about
I havent used any UL OOPplayers but i loved having the option to do so.
They obviously botched the Elroy Hirsch card but I don’t really know of anything else ruined in the promo. I actually think the OOP Ultimate Legend cards are great. Otherwise almost all of the set pieces would have no other use than a set piece. At least the OOP cards can still be used and some of them are pretty fun.

Kick offs are a lot more fun with Bobby Wagner (P) as KOS, the other Bobby Wagner (MLB2), Ray Lewis (ROLB2), the other Ray Lewis (TE2), Bernie Pollard (FB1), the other Pollard (FS2) and DK Metcalf (CB4)...
CB3 WR5 LOLB2 SS2 MLB ROLB2 TE2 Fb FS2 CB4
K
I think the awkward/clunky animations and poor AI ruined mut ,not a few oop cards .Buy Mlb the show better..
I agree 100%,
Instead of these gassy (w/o the g and y) OOP cards, they could had release more players in the promo.
We could have had LT, Ed Reed, Romo, etc, added into the game (regardless if the OOP was part of the UL Set)

i mean not really in the normal legends promo with no oops they release less players
OOP just leaves me cold. CB Maukrice Pouncy FFS? Half of these guys look nothing like the real player. None of them play like the real player. So other than a name and number on the jersey what is it about any of them that resembles the actual guy in any way? Its bullshit.

There was a bunch of good/meta OOP players.
Romo is a terrible in game QB and the others you mentioned would only be UL or Masters at this point so it has no point.

Personal opinion...hate META and dislike OOP players. As a niche, limited OOP players are fun to see sometimes.
They made OOP a regular task and its very gassy
Could care less for any of the players I mentioned, it was to prove a point.
UL Promo:
3-4 players weekly plus LTD
Each player has a 3 card set.
Simple easy and more players. Promo solved.
I love 'em. They've been doing it since Madden 19 so it's nothing new
I kind of get what you are saying, but we have had them for years. For hecks sake, we got a UL SS Carl Banks that got a GT last year.
