Anyone know what’s up with the passive x-factors bc I don’t understand them and like what do they do?

Yeah always on plus don’t count as X factor….just as a regular discounted ability usually in bucket all by itself in bucket 1 or 2

Stabler has Run & Gun.  It’s glitchy too especially if rolling out is your thing.
