Can someone explain this to me like a kindergartener? How does the game know what you did to give you packs?

In case you didn't know, mut.gg  isn't affiliated with EA. You'll have to go there site and tell them your issues, does no good here

First of all, you have to link your twitch account with ea (https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/link-your-ea-account-to-twitch/) then you have to watch this amount of streams of certain creators during those times listed above. Then, you have to claim your packs through the twitch website or app (website doesn’t work for this on phone) and ea should deliver it to you

You have to sit cris cross applesauce and watch a twitch streamer that has drops on. Before you do that make sure you link your ea to your twitch account so that the bad guy ea knows that you are watching it.
