So giveaways are officially dead since you cant just have people take your coins and you cant trade via TB now

Yeah I get it but now theres no way to do giveaways for end of year which is dumb.
Ill get banned if I put all my cards up for high price (or buy for high price to give coin away) and then you get banned for trading now.

Oh yeah agreed i love doing year-end giveaways myself but is what it is i guess
I won’t lie I do giveaways too and it’s a bummer
but the trade block gate made me focus on actually building my secondary team now and it’s been pleasant trying to build up a budget squad that I don’t actually soemthing most of the time on and getting excited for bnd cards or finding the sets that would give beneficial bnds back
So I got to max level on my sugar rush pass yesterday. Yes I know it’s may but I chose the large egg and got an egg card eggstravegant and got delpit who was able to be traded. Wonder whatll happen now

Most likely you still wont be able to trade it.When you try and click on a card it wont even give you the chance and when you go through the TB itself it wont either or wasn't anyways as of this weekend.
At least they told us it’s permanent. Won’t be buying 24 based on this and will likely be done for this year.
just make it so you can’t trade cards that quicksell for coins for the rest of the year.
then address unfair trades next year.
Such a simple solution that keeps everyone happy
If this is the case for 24, well expect Madden to be Whale season. EA will make more money in the short term but afterwards it will be just like Madden Mobile.
I hope the EA executives are enjoying their new yachts. Just remember in EA eyes it’s not child gambling its “surprise mechanics”

i’ll still just giveaway my team when im done with it, just wont know who is getting it now…cause i wont care about getting banned, im done with madden after this year anyways, but any cards that i have and aren’t bnd will just get thrown up for 250 coins each at random times through the day, i will at least announce here when i start the process of it but wont be for awhile cause gonna have fun with an OOP squad now since backyard ballers is dropping
