Hey Madden Ultimate Team Community,

 

We wanted to highlight an issue our team discovered, the time frame of the issue, and when players impacted will be addressed.

 

With the release of the Backyard Ballers brother-themed content drop on March 8th, we identified an issue that the new Backyard Brothers content was not available in the toppers of the 12x Backyard Ballers Bundle on March 10th.

 

Players who purchased this bundle will be receiving the following:

  • 95 OVR Backyard Ballers Fantasy Pack
  • 94 OVR Backyard Ballers Fantasy Pack
  • 93 OVR Backyard Ballers Fantasy Pack

The time frame of this issue from being live to fixed is: March 8th 10:30AM ET – March 10th 5:45PM ET.

Players who were impacted will be receiving the above items today, Friday, March 18th at 3:30PM ET.
