Thank you for your patience! The following makegoods have begun to be distributed to users who were unable to access MUT during the timeframe of 12/25 to 1/11. 

• Final Reward from the Zero Chill Field Pass

• Option of either a 92 OVR Stocking Stuffer Item or 95 BND Zero Chill Champion.

• Final Reward from the Competitive Field Pass during Zero Chill

  • This is the original makeright that was distributed for the player present issue that was distributed during this time period.

Wow! I wonder if I qualify for this. Definitely couldn’t log in on Christmas morning, but after that everything was fine.

Servers were down Christmas morning because of an issue with presents opening early, so they manually closed the servers. While it would be great for everyone to get all this, it was more for people who, as the makerights stated, couldn't complete the Comp Pass, Field Pass, or pull the Ltds because they were locked out of Ultimate Team for an extended period of time.

For example, I was out for multiple weeks with the issue. But hey, they may give out the makerights anyway

Just to clarify, would not mind at all if everyone got this just because of all the issues EA has had lately, just stating the reason for the makerights

Doubtful i was not able to either until later that day and so far i have not got anything but i'll keep checking as the OP allow 48hrs for grants to go through

I know people have been saying they never got what they were supposed to get from multiple Player/XL Presents. This is great for those who missed out on multiple weeks of content, but I wonder if EA will address that other issue if players still need to get what they missed out on.

Yeah, not sure about that one. I'm pretty sure most people who were missing player presents got what they were missing, but I'm not certain about the XL.

I'm pretty happy with these makerights myself, especially since they make up for nearly everything I was missing out on during the lockout.

There are people that weren't locked out who are getting the rewards as well. There are a couple of LTD Legends, like 96 Mike Haynes, in the pack.

Seems like a ton of people got the make rights even if they weren't locked out. Gutfoxx just released a video showing he got them and he was on every day. Congrats to everyone who was lucky enough to get these. 

I wasn't one of the lucky ones, but I did buy a Mike Haynes for 500k, so I'll count that as a win.

I was Xmas morning for most of the day but was able to get in after Lunch but i have not got anything as of yet so congrats to everyone that was Lucky enough to get it indeed

Unfortunately I didn't benefit from it, but I got a Mike Haynes at 500k too. I'm just watching his price continue to rise.
