Ken Houston is a good choice. He was in M22, but not until late in the year as a 99 UL and he wasn't in M21.  He could be a CPU defender or a good user at 6'3" and he typically has solid speed, agility, COD, and hit power.

I think pretty much everyone agrees it should be a card that will stay in the lineup the rest of the year. EA has done a good job with the Season Masters so far. Each of them has been able to stay in any lineup (god squad included) for several months. I still run Casper as my TE3 since he's free, has any team chemistry, and his run blocking is still solid.

I don't think you would hear many complaints about Sean Taylor being the set reward.

It’s got to be Derrick Thomas he hasn’t gotten a card in M23 which all of the previous masters have too, and it would fit the rotation of offense defense offense and then defense, plus he fits the all-Madden player type, and he would be usable for the rest of the year

Has to be a Wide Out or Safety, biggest flexible options for all users.

If it's a QB... needs to be perfect. Good Release: Baked in GS with HRM/SFL = 3. Fearless = 4

If it's LB... needs to be perfect. Baked in Lurker with Pick Artist = 0

Anything else is a massive L

I wouldn't say it has to be Derrick Thomas, but it's possible he's the set reward and your thought process on a defensive and All-Madden type player make sense. He was in M21 and M22, but there's always a chance his contract with EA expired.

I agree with that. Although, I wouldn't be mad at any position as long as there are plenty of ability slots, the most important abilities for that position are spread out in each slot, and the discounted/free abilities are the best for that position.

We were waiting on an update or confirmed date from EA when the Master set containing all of the Season Masters to date would be in game. On GMM this morning, RG said there is a good chance the set will be in the game this week.
