what are the rules on the physics dealing with a players weight??

The rules are whatever EA DDA decides for that outcome.

theres threshold info available online. from what I know, 300+lb linemen  get an advantage w shedding/blocking etc 

theres another threshold at 210 lbs?  Helps RB or D backs break tackles/make tackles
