Players with all 32 team Chems?

Good morning , i was wondering about the team chems. I had thought that any players you get from the season pass would have all 32 teams chem? Am i correct or wrong? i am fairly new to actually figuring out these team Chems and understanding and just need so clarification

Season pass players dont get all 32

Also if you have any rookie premiere players I believe they get all 32 chems as well if you use the tokens. But you can't get any of those if you don't have them

Basically it's the following:

  • Team Diamonds Masters (96 OVR Todd Gurley & JJ Watt)
  • Team Captains (Frank Gore, Jordan Reed, Kevin Mawae, Ronde Barber, Eric Berry, & Channing Crowder)
  • TT Starter Pack BNDs (88 OVR Franco Harris, Martin Gramatica, Johnny Hekker)
  • Rookie Premier Master (87 OVR Aidan Hutchinson)
  • Zero Chill Streams Reward (OOP Donald Penn)
  • All Madden Welcome Pack Reward (John Madden)
