I’m trying to put Green Bay packers chem on my Reggie white power up. every time I try it doesn’t show the packers logo and I click on it and it says “our servers cannot process this request at this time” has this happened to other people with power ups? Thanks

Glitch seems to happen regularly with new players. Try closing and restarting your app, and if that doesn’t fix it for you, sadly will have to wait a few hours most likely for it to be corrected server side.

There's a weird bug in this game where some items that can change team chem or add a secondary position will show blank tiles and not let you select anything. If you close Madden and restart, it resolves the issue and should allow you to select the team chem you are trying to get.
