Need advice on building my team. I understand you can train Power-Up players to be much better. Is it a good strategy to base your team around a lot of them and just train them to improve them? How good are they vs. other types of cards?

I wrote this in M21 but Power Ups still function the same basic way.

If you have a theme team or players you know you will have for a while then it's worth investing in their Power Up. If you know there's a good chance you will replace them soon, powering them up can be a waste since you only get 50% of TP back on the refund.
