Pre-order Problems

I pre order madden 23 last Thursday, I still haven't received the Loyalty award to choose from 5 99s.

I have already contacted EA twice and all they say is,

"We are working on it. But I cannot give you a time table."

Is anyone else having this issue?

Does any one have advice on what to do?

Did you order it through M22?

EA is working on the issue.  There is nothing you can do right now except be patient.

last thursday? that's weak. I haven't gotten mine after 3 weeks

Wow,

Seems that the only way to avoid this is to order directly through the link in M22 as opposed to buying directly from the storefront for your respective system. Unless anyone has evidence to the contrary.

i do. bought straight through madden and haven’t received for like 3 weeks

I see. That's tough man. EA really do need to get their ish together for 23 and beyond.

I pre-ordered last week on XBox...didn't get the 99 ovr card...so I logged out of Madden 22, went to my purchases...clicked on Madden 23...downloaded Madden 23...clicked to enter Madden 23...got a message telling me to hold my horses and wait until the game was released...hit OK...went back into Madden 22...boom...Sean Taylor now on the team.

I did order through Madden. I'll check out that downloading thing
