Programs Tab on strategy page

Does anyone know what the programs tab is  on the strategy page when you look at your lineup? maybe it’s something for the future?

It's for active programs. For example, when Zero Chill was live, you could put a ZC strategy item there to get extra speed and other boosts for your ZC/GoM players. When ZC ended those bonuses disappeared.
