Question: Comparing Strategy Cards

After reading @Rocketz post I think I get it.  But I want to make sure I'm giving my team as big an advantage as I can.

Here is card 1, Over The Top fully upgraded:

Am I correct in saying that even though Over the Top gives huge boosts to other attributes (JMP, CTH, DRR) I still want to be using the Deep Route Specialist card because of the speed?  (And yes I realize you gotta have two DRS strat cards that do not have exact matching attributes)

Any feedback or help you guys could offer is appreciated.

It all really depends on what you want to do. I run 1 speed boost to my WRs and 1 boost to my QB.         If I had to choose between the two you posted I would pick the speed boost. Although do consider that speed boosts will eventually be irrelevant because of gradually increasing OVRs and speed ratings. For example, on a TT, a marshawn lattimore doesn’t need strat boosts to get to 99 speed

Speed is really important but as we near the end game, a lot of WR, especially on a TT, are going to hit 99 speed anyway without strat cards.  That is not really an answer just something to consider.  So I would look at your WR corp and determine does the plus one speed help out now and will it still help when your WR are upgraded with a new card?

You make a good point about speed being irrelevant soon, if it isn't losing its luster already.

Ya know I didn't even think to look at the players with each card equipped.  I'll do this and decide from there.  Thanks!
