Thats awesome, do they QS for full price though? Also, why do they have to be bnd?

yes its a full qs value, it is a customer grant giveaway just like the ones they run on gmm, u cant auction or trade them off

Full QS value. They're designed to be used on your team, not sold for coins. Hence the BND.
