Not even close…  White all day.

all edge players should be 95+ in both pass rush moves, Carter isn’t even close. 

also white gets 2 0 AP abilities (no outsiders & another)

Well if you prefer actual Rams players then I suppose you go with Carter. White is still the better player, gets Rams Chem, and gets two separate 0 AP buckets.
