Am I the only one who sometimes hates upgrading certain positions or cards? I know it's silly, but for example, I got Troy Vincent and Marshon Lattimore as my CB1 and 2, which means I had to move Ja Money to my nickel, which is something I had to come to grips with lol Same thing with benching Jerome Baker for Redux Wild Man. Am I crazy for the sentimentality? 😆
I do find it frustrating to be forced to limit my lineup selections to what positions are permitted in the depth chart. If I want a third QB, a third RT, or even a seventh WR, I should be able to do that. Some theme team combinations are non-competitive because you have a wealth at some positions that you can never fully leverage, while the position constraints prevent you from fully employing available multiple-chem players.
You are not alone...I was so attached to Paul Krause and H. Smith that I changed my whole defense around (100% zone) to keep these two cards in the lineup...finally realized how wrong I was and got rid of them...only to have Lott come out with a horrible M2M number...and...I almost did it again (didn't...but it was close). Now...I'm going with a "whatever" approach...not focusing on a TT and certainly not on the names on the cards...whole new game (oh I'm still getting destroyed out there).

I feel you wholeheartedly on that whatever approach lol it's funny because Hitman was one of the cards I didn't wanna part with earlier 😂

No, not at all -- i will regularly play worse cards, because i have sentimental feelings towards specific players. I "sniped" Eli Manning the other evening, for a mere 4.3M, only to panic sell him, because I assumed this HAD to be a bug or glitch that EA would fix, right? Riiight. I'm a damn fool. Team Diamonds are NOT getting more accessible, heh.
Anyhoo, my point here is that I'm playing Joe Montana, my all-time favorite NFL player, because it's a rare and beautiful thing when there are high quality cards that also match my favorite players. I'm willing to lose a bit of that top tier efficiency, in order to just have fun. That's the goal at the end of the day, right? First time in my MUT career where I've had a Top 3 players that i'm proud of; Joe Montana, Fred Warner & Ronnie Lott.
Bang bang, baby. 🏆
