I'm NMS, and I'm trying to find a QB. RG3's the one I currently have, and he's been very good, making tough passes in tight windows and having the ability to scramble. But Rodgers is in my price range, and he has the best release in the game with HRM, an ability that would help me out a lot. Which one should I pick?

Rodgers but you can get better QBs depending on how much you want to spend.

I'm willing to spend around 150k, and with like TOTY and the BND TOTW player coming out, I might just wait till then to upgrade my QB.

I'd take Rodgers for the 2 options you gave, but I would suggest waiting until TOTY or the BND TOTW like you mentioned.

Aaron Rodgers. However, I highly suggest that you somehow acquire enough coins to purchase the Scrambler TOM BRADY LTD card. He is going for near quicksell value (350k quicksell) due to influx of great QB options. Plus, he gets all the abilities you need at a great AP value.

Save a little more and get Bledsoe. I was using RG3 & Rodgers before Bledsoe and the switch has been huge for me

I noticed that not a lot of people run Under Pressure anymore, so if I do get Tom Brady, should I run Fearless? It cost 4 AP, and I would only need 3 AP for SFL, HRM, and Slinger.

I don't run fearless. I feel like I do well without it. When I was using BRADY, my set up was Gunslinger (0AP), HRM, and SFL for a total of 3 ap. And I won my first Super Bowl with him on LEGEND tier. He played great for me.

Update: I ultimately decided to sell RG3 and wait for either the TOTW pack or TOTY QB. I think it's the smartest decision in the long run.
