Can anyone explain to me the difference between the Roaming Deadeye ability and the X Factor Run and Gun, please?

Roaming deadeye is standing outside the pocket AND not running. Run and Gun is running and outside the pocket

Copy. Do you still need to take your finger off turbo for Run n Gun to work?
