I still have 5 rookie premier collectibles that it's not letting me use. Is anyone having the same issue?

Also, whens is the best time to sell RPs?

I have those 5 in my binder as well, but I think it's just a visual bug since I was able to claim all the possible rewards for 15 RP tokens (2 auctionable, 3 NAT). 

As for selling them, I'd say right now simply because we don't know if we're getting launch content on Friday or what the All Madden cards on Saturday will do to the market. 120ish k each is pretty solid right now in my opinion.
