I saw a screenshot from the game that says “grab new BND 99 OVR rookies that carry over to Madden NFL 24 every week.”
How do you read this? It sounds like they may not all carry over at once. That would sound about right though. I would be fine with this if they increase the OVR of each new drop.
This is probably just poor grammar by the Madden copy editors. What they wanted to say was “Every week, grab (new) 99 OVR BND rookies that carry over to Madden 24.”
