I can't seem to find the one and two token NCAT sets. Are they live or am I overlooking them?

I thought I read you could trade 1 token for a random 99 NCAT or two tokens for 99 NCAT of your choice

That’s in Madden 23 for 86’s

You can trade in 1 token for a choice of ten random RP players and choose one, in Madden 23.
