I’ve had my token on Howley the entire time but decided to try out on Sapp. When I took it off of Sapp to put it on someone else, the token is just gone. It says find item when I try to upgrade and it’s not in my binder. What am I supposed to do about it?

People have been talking about that issue a few days now I guess it’s not fixed yet EA customer service is your only hope and a slim hope at that.

Agreed I’m glad I lurk on this site as much as I do so I knew to leave it alone I’ve got the two plus the third that came in the $50 pack and they are all stuck hopefully for now in Sapp, Howley, and CMC. CMC is worth it and to an extent so is Sapp but I really would like to try Kam Chancellor, Herb Adderley, George Karlaftis, Chase Young it sucks they are stuck where you tried them first

I’m on PS5 but Idk whether or not it’s on others. I took it off of one and it was still there but when I took it off a second time it was gone.

It put me below the TT threshold too and I‘m not putting money in to this game anymore so I finally went on a shopping spree and loaded up my team after being smart with coins/AH. So it hit my entire team and I can’t do anything about it.

Dang that sucks, hopefully EA has some sort of make right for that issue for you Ive been running a 25 Program TT 25 Cowboys all year but now I’m getting close to 50 SB I haven’t hit 50 yet on any chem the ZC, Playoffs, and SB are all really nice TT I spend money on packs if there is a card I’m really after and my bills are all paid. I follow the rule only gamble what you can afford to lose. I was so lucky on Playoffs LTDs I pulled almost all of them it put me in a really good situation coin wise most Ive ever had because I work and don’t have time to manipulate and play the AB market all day on coin schemes. I don’t ever buy multiples of any pack if I don't pull what I want I stop.

Holy crap, it seems i dodged a bullet. Just last evening i swapped my token from Doug Williams to Kam Chancellor... the others remain on George and Sapp. I would be absolutely ENRAGED if the bullshit i wasted $50 on just went POOF.
I'm not clear on how the Light it Up token works from the 6500 Point pack today. It says "first time buyers" but what the hell does that mean? I doubt EA can actually make anything work. Has anyone tried to purchase this, IF you already have three X-factor tokens?
The other question i have -- is this PAST or PRESENT token? The description clearly says "Past" however the token itself shows an image of "Present" because of course EA fucks everything up, testing requires time and effort, why would they waste resources on that? Uggh.

I just bought that pack got the 2nd present light it up token I've been wanting/needing. Switched it from cmac to deebo, poof, completely gone. I'm pissed to say the least. 60 bucks down the drain!

Holy crap, so i'm super confused. This is a PRESENT Light it Up X-factor token, not a Past? Someone else mentioned they received a PAST token. Have you tried to put this token onto Doug Williams or anyone else? I don't doubt that it's gone-gone, i'm sorry you also experience that buggy ass shit. I'm enraged for you, but genuinely appreciate you sharing this info with the community. Hope i don't forget later this evening and try to shuffle around abilities, oof.

Yeah man I'm livid, don't even want to play now, and I'm off from work so this really really sucks. This for sure my last madden/ anything EA. Well I bought the pack simply for present token. Even the damn description for the pack was glitches. Said past but showed present, which is what I needed. Would be awesome if the head of this app/site could let EA know something about tons of the community is having this stupid problem with light it up tokens. I feel your pain, I really do. I was absolutely hyped as we headed into SB weekend with my new 70/70 SB + 25/50 49ers theme team, assumed i'd try to run this core squad for the coming week(s) and invested heavily into my roster based on that... but last night was such a drag. I haven't even lost any of my Light it Up tokens (yet), but I'm growing tired of the endless stream of buggy ass shit. It's beyond pathetic and has become more than obvious EA isn't even trying at this point. Just more cash grabs, left and right... i've never seen a company that despises their user base more than EA Orlando / Tiburon.
I've tried (unsuccessfully) to quit a couple/few times. I want this game to be good in the worst way, but unfortunately it's gotten nearly impossible to take the game seriously. I don't know how anyone can pretend to "compete" for any amount, let alone six+ figures in cash, it's basically become a cheese-fest, seeing who knows how to exploit the terrible game mechanics better than the next guy. Why build a scheme, just spam the same play call the entire game.
Have you tried contact EA no-Help or what recourse do you have? Unfortunately, i have tons of experience dealing with EA Legal department, i continue to send them love letters in the mail, hoping to get my auction house access restored. I got banned for "coin distribution" despite not having ever used any of those sketchy coin sites. EA hates when people profit and rarely seems to reverse automated bot bans.
Hope you get a resolution soon, my good sir. So sorry this has taken the wind out of your sails. Do keep us posted if you find a fix.
