So I never reached level 45 in season 1 because I got the game late I was wondering if there will be a way for me to get Hester to a 92. I wanted to get his WR for my theme team so I need to get that season collectible

Unfortunately there isn’t a way that you can get him

Only way that you can get a Devin Hester card at this point is to get his Power Up and full Legend card to upgrade into it if you want. This will only have the teams he played for as the chems.
