If you use a player at their secondary position is there a drop off in performance or a drop in any statistics? For example if i apply the FS chem to Jayron Kearse and use him at FS will he be worse?

No..
My confusion is if you use the secondary chem, the strategy cards don't apply to the player apparently which doesn't make sense to me.

Most of them the overalls take a hit but the individual attributes dont as far as I know.
