Should I do the Ultimate Legend Token Exchange now?

I've been doing some looking at the token set and a have a few questions:

It looks like there is enough tokens slots for two chances to put in tokens for the exchange to get ultimate legends. So should I wait another week or so to finish presumably the first token exchange or do it now?

Will the exchange even update to make it worth waiting? So as new releases of UL's come out, will the set update with those releases to make waiting to finish it worth it?

Finally, can the LTD UL's be pulled out of the token reward exchange set?

wait until the set 99s come out

1.) I would wait until you can get 20 total tokens, that way you can complete two sets at once and by the time that is possible there will be multiple 99 set legends, so you're likely to get a card that you want. It also might be worth waiting to see if they come out with a new select pack. 

2.) The exchange updates every week with the new career edition set legends, so if you wait until a UL you really want comes out, you will have a chance to pull them out of the select pack. 

3.) Idk about the current LTD, but I assume no LTDs at all are in the select.
